Our structural and civil engineers provide feasibility advice, design and documentation services for new buildings and related civil works.

For existing assets, including buildings and other structures, the service includes condition audits, detailed diagnostic investigations and advice and design for preservation, maintenance, restoration, reconstruction, adaptation and strengthening.

During the conservation of heritage buildings, our engineers work very closely with our specialist heritage architects.

Our staff are at the leading edge for the design of new buildings and for the recycling of existing ones. We draw on an unequalled databank of designs and condition audits from experience with thousands of public buildings across the state, together with extensive geotechnical information.
