If your job is estimated at over $1,000 then we will seek your approval before proceeding. If the job is estimated at over $5,000 then we will automatically obtain three quotes for you, as per government requirements.
We maintain excellent work practices through 'quality of service' audits for jobs that ensures that the quality, cost and performance of work under completion is accurate, justified and meets your needs.
All our contractors are inducted into the Code for Working On Or Near Facilities Occupied or Used by Children before they can start work with our Essential Repairs and Services team. Random Occupational Health and Safety audits ensure that contractors meet their legislative requirements. Lastly, before contractors' invoices are processed and paid, our Contract Administrators will verify that the rates and charges on plant and material are reasonable.
