  • Australian and New Zealand Government Procurement Agreement (ANZGPA) - The overriding aim of ANZGPA is to promote opportunities for Australian and New Zealand suppliers to compete for government business on the basis of value for money in a single competitive market. Refer Premier's Memorandum 98-7.
  • Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement, Government Procurement Chapter - a legally binding bilateral Agreement between Australian and United States Governments to bring about closer economic integration. Chapter 15 sets out non-discriminatory requirements which are to apply to government procurement activities. Refer to NSW Treasury Circular TC04/11 for the implications for NSW Government procurement practices.  
• Implementation Guidelines- The following implementation guidelines expand on key aspects of the Code of Practice for Procurement and should be read together with the Code. References in the Guidelines to the previous Codes (refer Archived Resources) should be read as references to the new Code, however section numbers are not consistent.
