Post Implementation includes Operation and Evaluation

'Operation' includes the use/operation of the asset delivered. This requires preparation and implementation of Operation and Maintenance plans that would include the asset management information provided with the asset delivered.

'Evaluation' includes the review of the outcome of the procurement project to ensure that any learnings are disseminated to stakeholders and inform future actions. This requires post completion reviews, comparing the outcomes achieved with those sought, and the preparation of contract/project evaluation reports and benefits realisation report.
