The NSW Department of Commerce provides the NSW Government Procurement System for Construction for use by NSW Government agencies that are not accredited as capable of procuring the capital works under the Agency Accreditation Scheme for Construction Projects announced via the NSW Treasury Circular TC 04/07.

The NSW Government Procurement System for Construction contains contract templates, procurement practice guides and tools for selection of procurement method, contract risk allocation, service provider selection (including prequalification/accreditation of service providers), tender processes and dispute resolution to support NSW Government agencies. It incorporates:
